My very own homemade sisig fries.
Ingredients:
2tbsp oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp chopped chili
2 kgs pork (pre-boiled, friend and chopped)
1 kg pork liver (fried and chopped)
2 tbsp liquid seasing/soy sauce
1 tbsp calamansi
t tsp ground peper
Directions:
1. Saute onion, chilli and chopped meat in oil.
2. Season with liquid seasoning, calamansi and ground black pepper.
3. Turn heat off and toss mayonnaise into sisig.
4. Put it above the cooked French Fries.
5. Garnish with Ketchup or Mayonnaise
